Welcome to DIP
The DIP (German Institute for Applied Nursing Research, registered association) is a non-profit and independent research institute based in Cologne. It was founded in 2000 as an initiative of universities and associations. In 2021, the Service, Innovation, Nursing Research Ltd. (DIP GmbH) was spun off. Both DIP organizations work together as the DIP platform and reliably drive advances in knowledge and innovation in nursing and healthcare. The projects cover a wide range, from large-scale research projects and studies to scientific support, consulting, and guidance. DIP e.V. is an affiliated institute of the Catholic University of Applied Sciences North Rhine-Westphalia (katho).
References of the DIP Platform
Since April 2021, the German Institute for Applied Nursing Research (DIP Institute) and the Service, Innovation, Nursing Research Ltd. (DIP GmbH) have been working closely together. The non-profit institute continues to focus primarily on nursing research and development, while the GmbH consolidates consulting and service activities and conducts evaluations and assessments.
